Photoshop CS5 was released over a year ago, and still no sign of a 64-bit version of Noiseware. Time for me to look elsewhere...

Well worth the money. This is professional grade noise reduction at its best. The amount of detail resolved with high levels of noise reduction is impressive. You can set your camera to high iso's like 1600 and still have usable images. Pro-level noise reduction costs money; for instance NoiseNinja costs about the same, and gives great results, but I personally find this one easier to use. Actually, each noise reducer has its own personality, and I have found that some images benefit from one over the other, but overall this is the one I use the most. There is other noise software on the market that costs far more than this, so this is not overpriced in comparison; the noise reduction in Aperture is bottom-of-the-barrel, and it costs $500. Free or cheap noise converters work to some extent, but lack the polish and features of the professional converters, and the ability to resolve detail in a faithful way. I highly recommend this one as a great choice for pros.

It could be a good plug-in but for that price, I think the developer should at least give it a trial period. i'm using NDNoise (free), AbsoluteDenoiserFree, NoiseNinja & PhotoKit, but I can't compare this Noiseware Pro with the others. Who would go to spend $69 for a plug-in with the result which is unknown? So far I found NDNoise, PhotoKit are pretty good. Kodak Gem does a good job too. I will not touch this Noiseware Pro unless there's a trial period. That's the way I see it. Sorry pal!
